Michele
Bua-Alexander is a proud native Houstonian who's career
in the food service industry quickly led to supervising
and staffing city-wide projects as well as organizing
charitable and promotional events. These experiences
blossomed into owning and managing Uncle Mike's Italian
Bakery, which grew into an extensive corporate catering
business, a commissary for Lockheed at NASA, and a successful
line of pre-packaged gourmet foods.
Upon
marrying her new business partner, Jim Alexander, Michele
co-owned and managed Veal Alexander, Inc., furnishing
gourmet meats to major restaurants and caterers in the
Houston area.
Michele then ventured
into her next challenge as Director of Catering at Sugar
Creek Country Club in Sugar Creek, a premier community
on the southwest corner of Houston. There she made
vital contributions to weddings, board meetings, fund
raisers, parties, as well as golf tournaments. From
Sugar Creek, Michele was associated with Aztec Party &
Tents in planning and organizing rentals for a variety
of events including dinners for 800+ and grand openings
for businesses.
